I saw this interview on direct tv Phoenix a couple of weeks ago, Anand Sanwal has a lot of interesting ideas that can change a lot in the process of "cost optimization methodology". I own a small company and I heard a lot of times about continuous improvement but never knew what steps I must take to implement this, now things are much easier to understand after looking at this video.
