finance market
My opinion is that with the current finance market, if you want to make money fast, the best solution is to use affiliate marketing. Offering a share of your business to others can really make you very successful and fast. Keep that in mind!!

Leadership is going to become increasingly important as hard times continue to hit. Both as a means of engaging people to do their best in difficult situations, but also for less financial reward as peoples living costs grow faster than their income.
Leadership
Bud:
Great podcast! It's great to hear a financial executive acknowledge that leadership is at every level of an organization and continues to be sought after.
You make a great point about financial people owning up to a level of integrity. No matter how hard-pressed the economy is, core values always win. I believe your podcast will encourage more financial professionals to stand their ground and not compromise for the quick fix solutions we've seen recently. The next generation of financial professionals are likely to go back to the basics and thread core values not only into policy but execute value in their actions.
Leadership is key, and this podcast will encourage financial professionals to remain true to the job without jeopardizing those core values that distinguishes a leader.
Thanks Bud!
The Definition of a Leader
The podcast of Bud Kulesza and Jack Sweeney is a very well-spoken podcast addressing the familiar question of "Who Can Become A Leader". It is very refreshing to hear this podcast and listening to Bud's viewpoint regarding who has the potential traits and characteristics to become a leader!
This podcast and the viewpoint contained herein places a period at the end of the old sentence that leaders are "born" into leadership, and Bud's view makes it very clear that a person (at every level) can become a leader - not just those in the top circle of influence...
I, too, share this opinion regarding leaders.
