Reaching out via social media
We've found that the omnipresent cell phone is playing the most important role in reaching students and early jobbers .. social media is absolutely where it's at, but make sure that you're fully optimised for mobi if you're keen to get in front of this audience .. they're on the move and simply do not fall into the old PC / desktop environment. Everything's happening on their Androids, Blackberries and iPhones these days.
Communicating
Two words .. web2.0. Talking to these kids opens a new paradigm. Unless we're able to hit Facebook and Twitter we ain't going to get their buy in.
