Upfront: Return of the War for Talent (Factoid)

Competition for the best and brightest will intensify in the next six months, according to an Accenture survey of more than 240 senior executives in the United States, Europe and Australia. Almost one-quarter (23 percent) of respondents said that a tighter employment market is already affecting their organization, and 41 percent expect to feel the pinch by April 2005.
