PROCESS POINTS: Simplify to Increase Effectiveness

According to the 80/20 Principle, detailed in a new book by Richard Koch, a minority of efforts cause a majority of results. If this principle is true, companies are wasting a lot of time, effort, and money. To increase effectiveness, Koch recommends simplifying all areas of business because "waste thrives on complexity; effectiveness requires simplicity."
