BASIS POINTS: CFO Salaries Grow as Others Stagnate

While it's been an intense few years for CFOs and treasurers, there’s some good news: Their salary increases have outpaced those of their colleagues in other parts of the company. That said, the rate of increase dropped between 2008 and 2009, according to a new survey.

Sympathy Is Hard To Find

Anyone making 6 or 7 figures is going to have a hard time finding any sympathy now adays. But it is good to know that if you work hard to get and stay on top you can have appreciation shown in the form of a raise once in a while.
